Candicat Design

is based out of the North East United States. Candicat began in the late 1990's as a photo retouching service and later began to specialize in creative web design and development solutions for small businesses. The goal is to provide expert photo retouching and accessible web design and web development solutions that will function well and look nice. Since it's inception, Candicat Design has gained a small and loyal client base through word of mouth recommendations.

"What Was the Question?", was originally designed as a board game. This game has been adapted into a Flash multiple choice question game after several versions in HTML and is included here as an example of Adobe Flash Action Scripting development.
